OVERVIEW
The project is the first one of our collabortaion with ZOIA.
It is an apartment hotel project, located at Kolonaki area, central Athens.

The project is located at a pedestrian street in Kolonaki, central Athens. The neighborhood is premium, and the concept is to create a serviced apartments complex to accomodate guests for long term, that visit Athens for business purposes mainly. The project aims to act as ZOIA's signature complex in central Athens.
Following ZOIA's living guidelines, our design team worked on creating a minimal & modern group of apartments, where the guest can feel like home, and at the same time enjoy all of the brand's comforts.
The construction of the project was within a tight deadline, and the difficulties we faced were mainly based on the accessibility of the pedestrian & meeting deadlines while maintaining a high quality. We deeply thank ZOIA for their collaboration, and trusting our compnay with this project.
