The building is located in area of Toufa, chalandri, in distance of 1-1.5 km of metro stations Chalandri, Doukissis Plakentias & Proastiakos.  Attiki odos park & cycle lanes of Ano Chalandri are surrounding it, and  the neighborhood is quiet and family friendly.

Τhe building is situated on a plot with facades in 3 streets at the area of Toufa at Chalandri. The main design guideline were the views it offers towards parts of the neighborhood & the city, as well as its access to the streets. We emphasized on the facade materials which are in gray tones, in combination with a wooden sticking out volume. Our main goal was to design functional apartments of 2 & 4 bedrooms, that are applied to 1 or 2 levels.
