The project is located on a plot facing 2 streets, in a quiet neighborhood at Agia Paraskevi suburb, on streets Digeni & Papaflessa.
The building consists of 14 apartments, starting from ground level where there is a maisonette with private pool & garden, and ending in 5-6th floor maisonette with breathtaking views of the city of Athens. During the design phase, the focus was on the functionality of the apartments, as well as common spaces & materials, in order to create a modern building adjusting to today’s peoples’ needs.
The apartments are of 2 types: flats & maisonettes. 3 of the units have private pools and access to private garden & terraces. Most of the openings give city & mountain views. The building meets energy class A requirements. Project delivery: March 2026.
