The complex of villas, rooms & common spaces is nestled on a cliff overlooking the Aegean sea. It is surrounded by a unique green area, and is located outside of the town of Hersonissos, in a quiet zone.
We designed all units aiming the privacy of the residents as well as the unblocked sea view from all common & private areas. The resort consists of 9 villas with private pools, 12 rooms, restaurant, snack bar, main pool, gym & spa.
We worked on this project with focus on its environment. We used earthy tones in materials, we highlighed the breathtaking views, and we made sure we pick all elements from small to big in a way to share the barefoot luxury vibe we aimed. The project was delivered in 2 phases : 2021 and 2022 The construction was done in collaboration with Papoutsakis construction company in Herakleion, Crete.
