This project is located in a seaside area at Theologos, Greece and it refers to the construction of a private villa. It is lying on a slopping plot, creating amazing views to the sea & surronded by greenery.
The Synthesis, Building Permit & Architectural Study is done by Nikos Theotokis
The construction was done between 2020-2021. We focused on structure materials, including local stones, and gave attention to detail, as it refers to a residence of our favorite client.
